Our vertically integrated manufacturing facilities manage essential production processes in-house, including leather tanning, material preparation, cutting, printing, stitching, inspection, finishing, and packaging. This integrated approach ensures consistent quality, efficient production, and reliable delivery.
Innovation drives our manufacturing excellence. Our dedicated R&D team of approximately 100 professionals, supported by 12 pattern-making specialists and 20 professional designers, provides comprehensive product development, technical design, material selection, sampling, and prototyping services.
With a skilled workforce of approximately 2,000 employees and a reported production capacity of up to 6 million gloves annually, we are equipped to support customized development projects and large-scale international manufacturing requirements.
