- Cutting — 50+ cutting presses and CNC cutting machines produce consistent panel shapes with minimal material waste, reducing per-unit cost at volume.
- Stitching — 600+ stitching machines, including automatic palm stitching units, assemble each glove to a fixed construction standard across every batch.
- Printing & Branding — Sublimation, heat transfer, and screen printing are available for logos, team branding, or private label markings.
- Quality Assurance — Each batch is inspected for stitching integrity, sizing accuracy, and material defects before packing.
- Packing — Gloves are packed to protect against transit damage, with packaging customization available for private label orders.
This process is the same whether you order 500 units or 50,000 — batch-to-batch consistency is built into the line, not added afterward.
